At CBD UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

• You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

4. Faulty/Damaged Items

• If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us at admin@cbd-uk.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund.
